O.K., almost. My name is Alexander Papernyi (a.k.a. Shura). I was born in St.Petersburg, Russia on the 17th of May of 1976. I still consider SPb to be my home city, but during this year I live in Hungary. Now I am a graduate student at the Central European University at Budapest. I hope to get my LLM in Comparative Constitutional Law at the end of June 2000. But there were a couple of things in my life before that. Really long time ago,I have attended several schools in St.Petersburg, including mathematical lyceum N#239 and gymnasium N#159.Then I have graduated from St.Petersburg State University, where I have studied Ancient History. At Fall 97, I went to the University of Northern Iowa as a participant of excahnge program and, by the way, explored America. After coming back home I studied during some time for my second degree in Law at the Russian State Pedagogical University.But I did not get the degree, because I went to Hungary.

Besides my majors I am interested in arts,politics,languages, and soccer. I like Jazz,old French movies and good books.I lived in Estonia for a while and I really love this small country.
